Vacation Rental Description
We would like to invite you to experience our Beautiful Beachfront Condo located directly on the Gulf of Mexico !!  
Our Florida home is a large (1485 sq ft) 2BR/2BA Condo located on the Southern or "Quiet" end of Siesta Key in the lushly landscaped and impeccably maintained Island Reef complex. The Condo is very comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated. This is a fully furnished unit with all Appliances, Cookware, Dishware, Utensils, Bath & Beach towels, Linens etc. provided. You need only provide your own food/beverages & personal items. You will find Natuzzi leathers in the Living room & a complete Henredon Master Bedroom suite. The Master BR is equipped with a King size bed, large walk-in closet and Private Bathroom. (2) Double beds are provided in the Guest Bedroom. The Unit has Central Air Conditioning & Heating, along with Humidity controls. This is a very convenient first-floor walk-out unit with a Private exterior front entrance, as well as a private rear Lanai antrance. There are no stairs or elevators to fool with. The Glass-enclosed and screened Lanai is just steps from the Gulf-side Heated Swimming Pool, the BBQ area and the Boardwalk to the 365' Private beach. Dining room table can accomodate a seating of up to Eight adults. Color Televisions are located in the Living Room, as well as both bedrooms and Cable TV programming is provided. Cordless telephones are located in the Kitchen and each bedroom. Unlimited local calling is also provided. Our Unit also has its own full-size Washer & Dryer, with Iron,Board etc.. Assigned Covered parking is also provided along with generous parking for your guests. We normally reserve our Condo for our own family's use but ocassionally rent to a few select folks during the high-season winter months to help offset the rising costs of Utilities, Insurance and Real Estate taxes here in Florida. This is a NO Pets/No Smoking unit and there are No exceptions. The Condominium Owner's Assn also requires a One-month minimum rental interval in order to preserve the residential environment of our community. This is a great alternative to the "noise and chaos" often found at the "Condo/Motels" on the Island which offer daily/weekly short term rentals. 
Island Reef is one of the most desirable destinations on the Key and has long been admired for its generous "Green" areas, lush tropical foliage & landscaping and it's impeccably maintained grounds and facilities. Island Reef is a "Gulf-to Bay" complex meaning its failities and residential buildings are situated on both sides of Midnight Pass Road which affords its Gulf-side Owners & Guests direct access to the Private beach, Gulf-side Heated Swimming Pool, BBQ area w/ Gas fired grills, Saunas, Card/Club & recreational rooms while all residents and guest also are invited to enjoy the facilites on the "Bay" side which include the Private Boat docks, the (3) Lighted Tennis  
Courts (w/ball server), the Bay-side Heated Pool, the Clubhouse, Library, Fitness Center, Billiards room, etc.. 
Island Reef provides "First-Class" amenities in every way and there are no disappointments here.  
Island Reef is also within walking distance of Three great restaurants, each unique in offerings and atmosphere and all "family-friendly". The Midnight Pass Turtle Pub is a great place to grab a quick sandwich , pizza or a beer and is frequented by many locals. "Turtles" is just beyond and offers a varied menu from Sandwiches to lunch and dinner entrees, including daily fresh fish "catches" from the Gulf. On up the road a short stroll is "Ophelia's". This is an award-winning fine dining experience that is consistently recognized by all of Sarasota as being the "most romantic" culinary experience in the area. This is Culinary Art at it's best and like "Turtles", offers 
a cool waterfront dining experience. All three places also offer "al fresco" dining.

Any cancellations requested 3mos-6mos, prior to Occupancy will refund 50% of deposit.
Any cancellations requested 90 days or less from date of Occupancy will result in 0% refund. ***Annual Lease will be considered with qualified person(s), please call for details
