Lush landscaping and 14 acres of park-like surroundings are the setting for this quiet and peaceful 2-bedroom condo on beautiful Siesta Key. Located on the second floor in Midnight Cove II with a view of the inter-coastal waterway between Siesta Key and the mainland, this attractively decorated apartment with its large screened lanai is a comfortable haven. A heated swimming pool and tennis courts are available in the complex, and a deeded walkway to the Gulf of Mexico’s famous sugar-sand Crescent Beach is just across the street.  
 
A king-size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room provide sleeping accommodations for up to six people. All linens are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including a ceramic cook-top stove, a full-size microwave, and a dishwasher, as well as a full complement of dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils. There is one full bath with both tub and shower, and one bath with a shower. In addition to the living room TV and DVD player, each bedroom also has its own TV. You can enjoy the morning sun while you eat breakfast on the large screened lanai. 
 
Ceramic tile flooring is throughout the apartment and on the lanai. A washer and dryer are provided for the unit. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are in the closets for your use. 
 
This apartment provides direct access to the best of all that Florida has to offer: sunning and swimming, tennis, and walks on a beautiful beach, as well as trees and benches beside a walkway that meanders along a private lagoon. Beach shops, restaurants, and convenience stores are within easy walking distance. Golf courses, cultural attractions, and excellent shopping are all just a short drive away.  
 
Available year round, this apartment is a wonderful retreat for any season. No smoking or pets, please. One-week minimum reservation except in March.

If less than 60 days, then deposit is non-refundable unless unit can be re-rented for the same time period.
