Private because is is at the southern tip of Siesta Key. The Sarasota airport is 30 minutes away, Tampa airport (and Busch Gardens) is 75 minutes away, Disney World is 2 hours. Public tennis courts are 10 minutes away, golf courses 30 minutes.
