The balance is required at least thirty (30) days prior to date of arrival. Once the balance has been paid in full the Company will forward arrival instructions. Payment may be tendered in the form of a US Check, or credit card. A processing fee may be levied for payments received in the form of wire transfer or credit card. The Client may cancel the booking by giving the Company notice in writing of such cancellation, but depending upon the Client so cancels, there will be financial consequences to the Client as follows: More than 90 days prior to arrival: - booking deposit only. Cancellation between 60 and 31 days before arrival: - 50% of the total cost will be payable Cancellation less than 31 days before arrival: - 100% of the total cost will be payable.
