This is our second home and our pride and joy. It is 1150 square feet and has two large bedrooms, each with a walk in closet, and a full ensuite bathroom. We challenged ourselves to think of every possible amenity including free long distance calling in North America, 3 LCD TV's each with their own DVD player and digital cable. Wireless internet is also included. Each condo comes with three parking spaces. Our unit faces west and had unobstructed sunset views everyday.

The community itself has only 240 units and is electronically gated. It is a resort style setting with one of the most amzing heating pools you have ever seen. It is quiet, secure, and the perfect place for couples and families. There is a tennis court, work out facility, and really nice club house with a large LCD TV and more internet access.

Just outside the gates, you are walking distance to restaurants, starbucks, CVS Pharmacy, Publix Grocery store, movie theaters, Wal-Mart, Banks/ATM, and a Gas Station. The community is called Serenata and it is located 4 miles east of the Sarasota/Bradenton Airport on the North West corner of University Parkway and Tuttle Avenue. We are 4 miles north of downtown Sarasota and it's amzing art's district, and 10 miles from St. Armands Circle and Lido Beach.
