Two en suite bedrooms, one with double beds, the other with queen-sized bed. Well equipped kitchen including microwave and breakfast area. Comfortable sitting/dining room with dining table, two arm chairs, sofa bed and TV with video and DVD player. Lanai with table and chairs. Carport to protect car from summer heat.

Heated swimming pool within ten yards of house. View over lakes and 18th fairway of Meadows course. Five minute walk to the Club House with excellent dining and bar facilities. Temporary social membership of Meadows Country Club available with reduced green fees for golf amd tennis. Tennis club with cafeteria and bar and large swimming pool.

Shopping centre ten minutes walk away with restaurants and delicatessen.

Beneficial social membership of the Meadows Country Club can be arranged at an additional cost of GBP100. It would also be necessary to make a deposit of $535. Of this $35 is returnable and $500 is to cover any charges during the stay. This would enable one to play golf on the two membership golf courses and tennis at the tennis club with reduced green fees and also enjoy the excellent restaurants in the club house and the large swimming pool and cafeteria at the tennis club.

Without membership one can play on the Groves golf course in the Meadows. There are of course many other golf courses within easy reach.
