Two large bedrooms with queen size beds and each with their own full bathroom. French doors from the master bedroom and dining area open onto a landscaped courtyard and 30 x 60 in-ground pool. A screened lanai area is suitable for relaxing or a barbeque. An air conditioned utility room/laundry area is conveniently located for use.

The guest cottage is ideal for extended family or guest stays. Two sleeping areas allow for a comfortable stay for 3 people. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a full bath. The living area allows for another guest and has its own full bath. Separate entrances allow for privacy if needed.

The air conditioned main house and guest cottage are completely furnished with well-equipped kitchens and new appliances, all linens and towels provided, digital cable TV's in all bedrooms, broadband Internet, WiFi (Wireless), landline telephone for free local calls.

Plenty of parking is available in the circular drive, or under the covered 2 vehicle carport.

Conveniently located near public transportation - main bus route is half a block to Route 41 - The Tamiami Trail- and the Sarasota/Bradenton airport is less than 3 miles distance, and the Tampa International Airport is 50 miles north.
