Twin Gables Cottage is located in the heart of Sarasota Florida, just a couple of blocks from Sarasota Bay in the historic "West of Trail" neighborhood of Bungalow Hill. The cottage is peacefully situated in a neighborhood known for its quaint, tree lined streets, yet just a few minutes walk or bike ride to the Selby Botanical Gardens, Sarasota Bayfront Park, and all the amenities of downtown Sarasota. The beach on Siesta Key, rated top ten in the country by Travel Channel, is a short car ride away. Other readily accessible cultural amenities include the Ringling Museum and the Sarasota Opera. 
 
 
Built in 1925 in the Gothic Revival style. Recently fully renovated, Twin Gables combines the best of old and new, including a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Tastefully furnished with three bedrooms and two full baths, enjoy the ambiance of the parlor complete with period fireplace, glimmering wood floors, and high ceilings through out. After a day at the beach, enjoy a drink on the front porch of Twin Gables Cottage. As the sun goes down, stroll to Bayfront Park to catch the magnificent sunsets, then head to the restaurants and shops on Main Street or venture further within West of Trail to the boutiques and eateries near Morton's Market.
