This house is located on a dead end street, and on a huge private lot, where the sunsets in the back yard and pool area, are spectacular.

This home was decorated by an interior designer and shows like a model. Large living room has sliding glass doors which pocket into the wall to expose 12 feet of open space onto the caged pool lanai.

The master bedrromm features a king size bed, with adjacent ensuite bath with a jacuzzi tub, and large walk in closet. The bedroom also has a 27" T.v in an armoire, and also boosts an 8ft pocket sliding door, which also opens unto the pool area.

The second bedroom has a queen size canopy bed and adjacent bath complete with a tub and shower combo.

The third bedroom is located off the family room on the opposite side of the house, and has a queen and double size beds, across from its own bath, which also has a door open to the pool.

The large kitchen opens to the family room and has state of the art G.E. Profile appliances, side by side fridge with water and icecube dispenser, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and all the kitchen utensils

The family room has a 32 " T.v. and has a 6ft. sliding door which also pockets into the wall which goes directly to the pool area, sporting four wicker chairs and table, loveset and chaise lounge and extra chair.

The pool can be heated, for an additional $300.00 per week.

The laundry, directly off the two car garage, has Maytag high washer and dryer.
