Lido Key is one of Florida's most beautiful islands. Out of the way, yet easily accessible. Only minutes away are excellent restaurants and world-class shops, restaurants, and art galleries of St. Armands Circle. Sarasota's theater, cultural district and downtown are only a 10 minute drive. At last count, the nearby area offers over 79 golf courses, and of course the Sarasota International Airport is only approximately 20 minutes away.

Lido Shores is the Beverly Hills of Sarasota, the area was originally populated in the late 50's by Sarasota School of Design architects and their followers, the area remains a mecca of Architectural Design with it's own private beach entrance.

This neighborhood has a private beach access that all tenants would have access to. You can walk through the beach gate or drive if you wish, there is parking for residences only. Also there is a gas grill on the pool deck for outside dining.

We require a 25% reservation deposit which at the time of arrival turns into a security deposit. That security deposit is refundable after departure. We also charge a $150. pet fee and a $150 departure cleaning fee. These are non refundable. All taxes are included in the quoted rate. We accept credit cards. Cancellation policy is 120 days for high season and 90 days for low season. We also charge a 25% premium for major holidays, such as Christmas, New Years, July 4th, Labor day, Memorial Day, Easter and Thanksgiving.
