This is the best location on the Gulf of Mexico in sunny Sarasota, Florida, the Gulfcoast. The water temperatures are 65 degree low and 92 degree high. This rental condominium is considered Gulf View right at the Public Beach on Siesta Key. There are volleyball tournaments, tennis courts, and a private heated swimming pool all at your disposal. There is free covered assigned parking but you can walk to the area restaurants, shopping and night clubs. 
 
We have onsite management 6 full days a week to be sure your credit card payment is secure and you can receive keys to your luxury condominium that is turnkey furnished any time day or night.  
 
This condominium sleeps two in the king size master bedroom, 2 in the second bedroom with twin beds and an additional guest in the living room queen size sleeper couch. This unit also has 2 flat screen TVs, a coffee maker, full granite kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal and maple cabinets. There is a common area washer dryer just steps from the entry door and next to the elevator.

    $200 Deposit to secure reservation that is refunded 30 days after departure. Full payment when booking is 30 days or less in advance. Credit cards are accepted by the onsite management team. Email your reservation arrival date and departure date. You will receive confirmation that dates are available along with instructions on payment and a welcome package. Best dates are Saturday arrival with Saturday departure. Per diem addtional dates are accepted. High season minimum is a 6 night stay. There is additional cleaning services available during your stay for $65 per cleaning. The unit includes a cleaning before your arrival and upon your departure.
