Membership can be transferred to renter for a $200 transfer fee allowing use of all club amenities which include a driving range, putting green, lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, pro shop, heated swimming pools, hot tub, fitness center, and a beautiful clubhouse featuring gourmet dining, grill & bar, and more. Enjoy the famous "Sunday Brunch".

The condo is on first floor, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a den with a sleeper sofa.
