Sand Key is an Exclusive narrow key located just 2 miles South of Clearwater Beach and just 14 miles north of St. Petersburg Florida. The condo sleeps 6 and is non smoking. It includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom includes a king size bed and the second bedroom includes two double beds. The living room has a sleeper sofa. There is a dinning area, a desk area with computer connection in the kitchen. The condo is decorated in neutral colors.
The Crescent Beach Club completed a 20 Million dollar renovation including all public, exercise, pool and beach areas.
Amenities include: central air/heating, fully furnished kitchen, dishwasher, over the range Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, pots and pans, and cookware. A washer and dryer are located inside the unit and the balcony has a full compliment of patio furniture.
