It includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom includes a king size bed and the second bedroom includes two double beds. The living room has a sleeper sofa. There is a dinning area, a desk area with computer connection in the kitchen. The condo is decorated in neutral colors.

The Crescent Beach Club completed a 20 Million dollar renovation including all public, exercise, pool and beach areas.

Amenities include: central air/heating, fully furnished kitchen, dishwasher, over the range Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, pots and pans, and cookware. A washer and dryer are located inside the unit and the balcony has a full compliment of patio furniture. Rental Rates: Jan-Apr $4,000.00 per month May-Dec (except Holidays) 800.00 per week (two week minimmum) May-Dec (Holidays) 1,000.00 per week (two week minimmum) Rates do not include 12% Florida occupancy tax, $75.00 cleaning fee, or $100.00 Assn access fee. Reservation may not be canceled after lease has been signed. Travel insurance is avialable at a reasonable rate.
