Our building has a completely renovated Billiards Room with regulation table a Media Room with Large Screen TV, Party Room with kitchen, Bar and Fireplace and a library/reading room. Additionally, there are 4 Gas BBQ's on the property overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

Busch Gardens is 45 minutes away and Disney is less than 2 hours. Clearwater Beach has some of the cleanest beaches and clearest waters in the world. It has been named one of the ten best beaches in America by the Travel Channel. The water is so clear you can see the fish swimming right by you.  
 
There are several excellent waterfront restaurants within walking distance as well as a convenience store and boutiques. Within a short drive you have many more restaurants and shopping centers. The "Jolly Trolley" will pick you up and drop you off right outside the gate.
