Visit Tampa, enjoy professional sporting events, or take in a live show or spend a few hours at the casino. All this is available at our fully furnished sixth floor(top) condo. Laundry room is off kitchen. Living room and master bedroom both walk out to balcony. Over sized heated pool and hot tub with barbecue grill, shower and restrooms. Private beach entrance and volleyball court on white sandy beach.

Approximately 90 minutes from Disney World and Orlando's other attractions. John's Pass is about 4 miles away. Tampa is around 30 minutes away and Clearwater Beach is approximately 12 miles. Fort DeSoto and St. Petersburg Beach is also around 12 miles. Mall and grocery stores are about 7 miles away. Motor Scooter & Boat Rental are within walking distance. Minature Golf is 5 minutes away. Many Golf courses for all levels of play. Condo is located in the middle of the barrier island that runs between Clearwater Beac and St. Petersburg Beach.

We request $500.00 deposit for each month reserved and $300.00 for each week reserved. We have a 3 day minimum rent.
Discount for multiple month booking. Deposit has to paid at time of booking. We accept checks or credit cards. Money has to be received before arrival or if by credit card balance has to be paid when keys are picked up.
