Laundry room is off kitchen. Living room and master bedroom both walk out to balcony. Over sized heated pool and hot tub with barbecue grill, shower and restrooms. Private beach entrance and volleyball court on white sandy beach.

Fort DeSoto and St. Petersburg Beach is also around 12 miles. Mall and grocery stores are about 7 miles away. Motor Scooter & Boat Rental are within walking distance. Minature Golf is 5 minutes away. Many Golf courses for all levels of play. Condo is located in the middle of the barrier island that runs between Clearwater Beac and St. Petersburg Beach.
