This condo unit is one of the few true one bedroom units located in the Royal Orleans complex at Redington Beach which was newly renovated in 2006. This first floor 1 bedroom/1 bath unit #101 opens to a lovely New Orleans themed paved courtyard. Walk out the French doors exiting the living area of the unit and you are only a few steps from the heated pool. Spend a day relaxing by the pool or walk across the street to the beach. On another day, visit one of the many attractions in the area. When evening comes, dine in at your unit, use the gas grill in the courtyard and have a cookout, or visit one of the many fine restaurants along the beach or in the area.

This great central location provides access to a multitude of recreational, entertaining, or cultural activities. A community park is adjacent to the condo complex that includes a basketball court, swings, slides, and a children's play area. Community tennis courts are located just a few blocks away. 
 
The beach trolley comes by every half hour and is a great and affordable way to see the sites at the beach and downtown St. Petersburg. World famous John's Pass is just down the beach and excellent restaurants and entertainment opportunities abound. 
 
Redington Beach is centrally located along a 30 mile stretch of white sand beaches running from Clearwater Beach in the north to St. Pete Beach in the south. A trolley service provides transportation along the beach and to downtown St. Petersburg. Tampa airport is approximately 30 minutes away. All the attractions around Orlando are just a couple of hours drive away.
