Vacation Rental Description
The Villa has 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms two bedrooms have King sizebeds & the third has 2 single beds also avaiable are two fold away beds and a travel cot with high chair, there are large closets in each bedroom. There is a large lounge with plenty of seating with views over the pool and the lake. A modern kitchen with a self-clean oven - microwave - refrigerator - dish washer - water softner & storage cupboards. There are complete sets of crockery & all cooking utensils are provided. For your convenice we also have an iron - ironing board - hair dryer - all linens - towels - tea towels etc. The Villa is fully air conditioned or heating as required by a heat pump system. There are high-grade wall- to - wall carpets through out except for the kitchen and bathrooms which are tiled. A colour TV - DVD - Video recorder and radio are provided. In the laundry room a washing machine and dryer with a clothesline there is also an outside clothesline. Outside is the swimming pool with a patio and a barbeque for outside cooking and on the lake side is a dock which runs the full width of the property with seating and can be used for sun bathing and fishing a beautiful place to sit and enjoy the wild life.

There are many parks & picnic areas in the vicinity. Walt Disney World - Sea World - Epcot -Universal - MGM are approimately 90 minutes easy drive away. First class shopping plazas & malls well known restaurants of excellent quality along with family restaurants offering good quality food & service at reasonable prices.The position of the Villa allows you to have either a quiet relaxing,restful holiday or alternatively, as busy and active as you wish.

    The price £375.00 per week may vary slightly depending on time of year and number of people wishing to book. The price is negotiable for longer periods.A deposit of £35.00 per person will be required on booking. Bookings made 6 weeks before departure the full amount will be due. A security deposit of £50.00 is required with each booking. The balance of the cost of the holiday must be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure. The conditions of the rental including cancellation charges are available for you to view prior to making the booking
