This 2B/2B Condo is located on PERICO ISLAND in PERICO BAY CLUB a beautifully manicured and secure 24/7 gated community, just 2 miles from the Gulf of Mexico powder white sand beaches on Anna Marie Island and is the ideal "Paradise" Hideaway which will impress you from the moment you pass through the 24/7 guarded entry. As soon as you step through the door of our Condo the light and airy décor immediately elicits a feeling of relaxation and calm.
The open plan vaulted ceiling Living Area is perfect for quiet nights in with your loved ones, to watch TV/DVD from the recliner armchair, or step out onto the lanai and enjoy views of the freshwater lake marine and wildlife.
The Dining Area, has serving access from a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to entertain friends, and music from the surround sound CD player/Stereo (with iPod connection) completes the ambience.
The Master Suite is complete with a King bed, Dresser, tall Drawer Chest, Night Stands, Desk, large walk-in dressing/storage closet, private bathroom, and access to the Screened Lanai through sliding doors.
Across the Hallway, separated by the main bathroom, is the Guest Bedroom. There are Twin beds which can be converted to one King if required, dresser, night stands & a large storage/hanging closet.
Hairdryer is provided. Wi-Fi Internet is available and USA/Canada calling is included.
Just steps across from the Condo, you’ll find a Heated Swimming Pool and Jaccuzi where you can enjoy the beautiful weather or take advantage of the complex offering facilities including tennis courts, lap pool, table tennis, clubhouse activities, shuffleboard and horseshoe courts.
Robinson Nature Preserve & nature trails are within cycling or walking distance.
Shopping is plentiful nearby with plazas and malls in both Bradenton & Sarasota, plus "Prime Outlets" discount designer goods at Ellenton, just a 10-15 minute drive. Bradenton's Planetarium/Theater/Aquarium and Riverfront theatre are close by.
St.Armand's Circle at Longboat Key with its' fine restaurants and exquisite shops, and Sarasota, a center of arts & culture, with its famous Ringling Museum, Opera House, and Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall are only a 15-20 minute drive south. Golfers will enjoy the many golf courses in the immediate vicinity.

Payment may be made either in US Dollars or Pounds Sterling (latter will be converted at the prevailing market rate). Reservation deposit of 10% (or minimum $500) of the total rental sum is payable within 7 days of booking. This will, in turn, be used as a security/damage deposit which is fully refundable in the event of no damages/breakages. Balance due minimum 60 days prior to guest arrival. Corporate and Long Term rentals considered.
