Vacation Rental Description
The property is facing west onto the mouth of the Manatee River just below Tampa bay. The gulf of Mexico can be seen from the fire pit at the sea wall. Makes for some spectacular sunsets. With luck you may sea some Manatee swim by inside the outter seawall. Dolphin are regulars and the bird watching and fishing are great. The area is very restful and on a much slower pace than the East coast of Florida. The Emerson Point Park is a short walk and has hiking trails, a viewing tower and Indian mounds. The hot tub is at the bottom of the appartment stairs. Beaches are close and theme parks an hours drive. Garage and boat dock with lift are available to renters.

One large flat screen Tv and a smaller set in the bedroom. Movie and sports channels plus phone W/ free long distance service. WiFi service and good cell reception.
Fire Pit to sit around to watch the sunset, have drinks, cook out or all three! Also a Propane Grill if that's what you prefer.

Emerson Point Park is just down the road and has many hiking trails, wildlife, observation platform, a small beach, non-motor boat ramp and a history of the Indians who once lived there. Once you arrive at "Snead Island Tree House" you'll find it so relaxing you may not care to leave!
