The Trolley stops a block away, giving easy access to all of St. Pete, Treasure Island, Madeira, Belleair Beach, Indian Rocks, Clearwater Beaches, and Fort DeSoto National Park.

With 3260 square feet of heated and cooled space spread out over three stories, this house is especially well suited for large families or multiple couples. It is set up such that you can easily find a retreat from the others when you need your own space. The third story has two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a large den set up like another living room with a TV, DVD, and VCR, all the same amenities as the other living room.
