This beautiful, very large, private, three story home is located on a quiet bay off the intercostal waters of Redington Shores and within a short block of a beautiful beach on the Gulf of Mexico. This home is spacious with open floor plan and professionally decorated. It has three large bedrooms, three baths, and a modern kitchen which opens to the dining and living area. Decks on two levels offer breathtaking views. Enjoy a romantic evening in the Jacuzzi, a fun day of fishing or watch dolphins off the dock in your back yard, or take the provided paddle boat out for a stroll on the quite bay. Fenced in yard for privacy and great for pets!
You don’t need a car. Enjoy the ambience, privacy, and economy of a private home with hotel amenities close at hand! The Tampa International Airport is just 30 minutes away and the airport limo will drop you at our door. Within walking distance to the Redington Fishing Pear, restaurants, and a convenience store. The Trolley stops a block away, giving easy access to all of St. Pete, Treasure Island, Madeira, Belleair Beach, Indian Rocks, Clearwater Beaches, and Fort DeSoto National Park.
With 3260 square feet of heated and cooled space spread out over three stories, this house is especially well suited for large families or multiple couples. It is set up such that you can easily find a retreat from the others when you need your own space. The third story has two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a large den set up like another living room with a TV, DVD, and VCR, all the same amenities as the other living room.

Reservation Deposit: 10% of lodging fee ($350 minimum) required to hold all reservations, of which half is refundable upon cancellation up to 120 days in advance of scheduled check in date. A total of 50% of the lodging fee is required 90 days in advance of check in.
