Villa has a heated Pool as well as a gas grill, To heat the Pool there is an additional charge of $50.00 a week. Ceiling Fans in all the Rooms. Security Deposit is required to hold the reservation at the time of signing the Contract which is fully refundable at the end of the stay. Payment in full is required before the Contract begins as well as the Cleaning Fee.
