This a mobile home located on half acre. This is very clean with 2 bedrooms and bath. New flooring new frig and stove. All the electric has been updated. It has a living room dining room and 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The living room has a sleeper THe verticles are all new and was just painted. You have a membership to the local golf course This is Riverridge with a pool and a club house with a gym The house is fully furnished and has all the amenities. All the linens and kitchenware.There is nothing left out. The living room has been updated to all new leather furnishings. If you are looking for a nice older home that is clean and updated furnishings. There is a mico wave new convection toaster oven george forman grill.

Clear water beach is withing 40 min and hudson beach within 15 min drive.
