The home is a single story so you can walk directly out of the family room to the covered patio with in-ground pool with attached Jacuzzi. There is also a sliding door for access from the master bedroom. No stairs to deal with. The Jenn-air barbeque and the jacuzzi are heated by propane and is included in the rental. The whole property is very private and is surrounded by a 8' high privacy wall.

Inside you'll find everything you need to feel right at home including a 50" LCD TV with DVD player and Bose home theater surround sound. The kitchen has been recently remodeled including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances etc. There is a pool table for your use as well as a computer with internet service. Also included is wireless internet for your laptop computers. The master bath has also been recently remodeled including a Jacuzzi tub.
