It has a lot of shopping malls close to the beach and many golf courses.It is great for children as it is close to Busch Gardens and Several water parks. The house is clean and neat. you can go out or just stay home and swim and Barbaque.The are several beaches near by. One of the most beautiful beaches in the counry ( see web site) is Clearwater Beach It is 27 Miles from the house (twenty Minute)Another nice beach is Howard Beach it is 11.45 Miles ( 6 minutes ) from the house.
