This new, luxury, waterfront home is situated in a beach, boating & golfing community with excellent sunsets. Fish from your private dock or charter nearby.

You will have private beach access with covered pavillions, BBQ grills, restroom facilities and showers. You will also have access to the golf course, clubhouse, game room, tennis court, heated pool, hot tub and more.

The home features a king master suite w/ TV, private shower and walk out balcony, queen bedroom w/ balcony and a 2-twin bedroom w/ balcony. The kitchen overlooks the water and boast all the amenities of home, the dining room seats up to 10 and overlooks the water. The upstairs family room has A 31 inch TV with VCR/DVD player and a few movie's to get you started.

Downstairs has a queen bedroom and a 2-twin bedroom, another family room with pool table, 3 piece leather sofa set, 31 inch TV with DVD/VCR, balconies from both floors, electronic darts on the patio. Pool is screened and can be heated. Crib & Queen air mattress. The home supplies a stroller, high chair, pop-up crib and barbecue grill that can be added to your stay.

This beautiful 5-bedroom vacation home is centrally located and situated about 25 minutes from Clearwater Beach and Tampa International Airport. Minutes from Famous Tarpon Springs,where you can take a sponge diver boat tour, dolphin tour, sample the best of Greek cusine. Dontforget to check out the chocolate shop or the shark feeding at the Aquarium, night life & family style dining. Lots of shopping for the ladies, all beautifully set on the historic Anclote River.

Fred Howard Park is also in Tarpon Springs with white sand beaches, bring a beach blanket and watch the windsurfers, parking is free and there are two playgrounds.

Weeki Wachee is about 45 minutes north and features Mermaid underwater shows, bird shows, boat tours and see the manatees or you can rent a boat from the marina and canoe up the crystal clear river, many get on a tube for the ride back down river.

Busch Gardens, and Adventure Island are two excellent theme parks in Tampa which is 35 minutes from the home. Disney World is 1:45 minutes away. Clearwater & St.Pete beaches are south about 35 minutes and have everything from parasailing to speed boat tours, these large beaches have great evening festivals and shops on pier 60. Lots of live bands, and things to do.

Head north on 19 for about 45 minutes to Homosassa Springs: Exotic bird shows, otters, alligators and more. Ybor City is found in Tampa and has many great shops, bands and is the oldest cigar capitol of America. While your in Tampa you can also visit downtown Channelside featuring many restaurants and shops by Tampa Bay, next door
is the Florida Aquarium, one of the top aquariums in the world. International Mall:(Ultimate in shopping) is by the Tampa International Airport.

All rates include sales tax. Rental week runs Saturday to Saturday. Depending on availability, nightly rates are available with a minimum of a three night stay. $350 USD security/damage refundable deposit due when reserving your stay. $100 USD cleaning fee. Final payment is due eight weeks before your arrival date. International payment is by bank cheque or wire transfer. Within the United States, payment is by personal check or money order.
