This is a beautiful, fully equiped home located on the 3rd hole of Westminister Golf Club. We are minutes from Fort Myers but out of the traffic of the city. This home is really well equiped with all of the ammenities.. just bring your food and clothes . All of the rest is provided.  
This beautiful golf community has all of the features to be enjoyed. There is a club house with a pro Shop and a great restraunt. There also is a members center that has a full pool , spa, games room , pool table, kitchen and activity room.There is also tennis courts and a driving range. The golf course is an 18 hole Championship course. 
The home has a lani which looks onto the 3rd hole of the golf course. Great kitchen with a breakfast nook, large living room with dining room, laundry room ,2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms.
