$200 deposit required to reserve your dates. This Deposit is applied to your balance when you arrive. Cleaning fee $50 to $75 per unit depending on the unit size
$75 pet fee 12% Tax
45 days notice required to receive refund of deposit less $25 processing fee.
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and travelers checks.
Captains Quarter, 2 bedroom $1000 to $1200 Shell Island, 1 Bedroom $800 to $999 Fisherman's Reef, 1 Bedroom $800 to $999 Jungle Oasis, Studio, $600 to $750
