This cottage is very comfortabe and in a great location. The natural, unspoiled beach is a great place to spend your time watching the most beautiful sunsets or shelling, swimming, fishing or dolphin watching. Just a short walk is John's Pass Village which also has much to do. Resturants, unique shops and water activities are abundant. Many day cruises are available at John's Pass Village like fishing,pirate,casino,sunset and dolphin cruises.

Also, many attractions are within a couple of hours or less. Dinsey, Bush Gardens, Tropicana Field,(Home of the Rays) Ramond James Stadium,(Home of the Tampa Bay Bucs)

There is easy transportation up and down the beaches on the beach trolly.

Our non-smoking cottage is fully furnished in a comfortable "beach style" decor, with air conditioning,cable TV,and DVD,for your enjoyment. Wireles internet. Bath and bed linens. Washer and dryer. Our fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and a microwave. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a queen size pull out sofa bed.

Relax in the tropical back yard, equipped with patio seating, a hammock, and a gas grill.

The cottage is just across the street from one of the most beautiful, natural beaches in Florida and a very short walk to John's Pass Village.

There is so much to do within walking distance, you just park your car in the driveway and you won't need it until you depart!

Cottage Rental Rates Low Season Price : $500 High Season Price : $650 per Week

The cottage is available on a weekly or monthly basis. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival after 4 p.m. Departure before 11 a.m. 50% deposit due at time of reservation. Balance due 14 days prior to check in. A $200.00 refundable security deposit is required. Rates for the 1 bedroom cottage start a $500.00 to $650.00 a week or $1500.00 to $1950.00 a month, depending upon the time of year. Prices are USD and state/local taxes are not included in the rates quoted.
