Decorated with a touch of the Tropics, this two-bedroom, two bath condominium has all the comforts of home but feels "so far away." This home is located directly on the beach, with a private balcony that overlooks a heated pool, large hot tub, and fabulous tiki huts. Cabana rentals are also available on the beach. Within a short walking distance are several restaurants, and a casual beach stroll leads to John's Pass Village, complete with outdoor entertainment, many shops, bars, and eateries. Within the Village and along the boardwalk are boat rentals and all types of water activities, including deep sea fishing, jet ski, parasailing, and casino dinner cruises. Nearby are golf courses, and within a short driving distance are museums, shopping malls, and greyhound racing. Bocci ball & shuffle board courts on site. There is secured entry to the building. Ample guest parking. Linens are provided. Condo is a non-smoking home, with no pets allowed. Telephone in unit provided for local calls only. Central heat and air conditioning, as well as cable TV, DVD and VHS players in each room. Fully equipped kitchen. Laundry facilities on site. Gas grill and charcoal grill on site. We rent by the week, month, or season. Come enjoy life on Florida's Gulf beaches!
