Vacation Rental Description
Our Condo is on the first floor level. Extremely spacious and lightly decorated throughout. There are two large double bedrooms (Bedroom 1: queen bed , TV, two bedside cabinets, large drawer unit and typical American walk in wardrobe. Bedroom 2: two twin beds, large drawer unit, bedside cabinets, small walk in wardrobe). Adjacent hand wash vanity unit, bath/shower, WC, full laundry facilities.
Large L shaped lounge with dining area. Large color cable TV, DVD player, hi-fi system. Patio doors to balcony, (patio furniture). Large `fully equipped` typical American kitchen. The kitchen has new microwave , new toaster and the unit has 5 appliances (stove, fridge, washer & dryer, dishwasher) Air conditioning / heating through out as well as ceiling fans. Beach towels/chairs, free local telephone calls, iron, hair dryer and all linens included. The living room offers a new pull out queen sleeper sofa and another sofa (not a pull out).
We are sure you will agree with us our unit is like more home from home than a stay in a motel/hotel suite...

Activities
The local flood-lit city park is just across from the yacht club. Regular local softball games are played and can be watched. Various rest areas/ play grounds, ballgames/free tennis courts etc. Many local shops, bars and restaurants within minutes walk. If you don't feel like cooking and don't feel like going out to dine try Winn-Dixie supermarket just across the way. They offer an excellent range of ready cooked meals. They will make up a full dinner party for you, full picnic, just ask.
There is a wealth of activity all within a short drive. Whether its golfing, fishing, shopping, canoeing, museums, football, Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, horse back riding, bike hire, the list is endless- just check out tourist information across the way on Tom Stuart Causeway, minutes from the yacht club.
Large/ International airports : Tampa / Orlando International / Sanford ( many more small local airports).
