Our spacious condominiums are located directly across from The Famous "Johns Pass Village/Boardwalk" and right on the sand of peaceful Madeira Beach. You will truly enjoy an unobstructed view of Florida's award winning beach and priceless sunsets.

Our fully furnished 1300+ square foot units are equipped with all the comforts and amenities including a Gourmet Kitchen and a comfortable Living room equipped with Cable TV/VCR and Stereo/CD/DVD. The Master Bedrooms have King-size or 2 full size beds with a TV/VCR/DVD. Two more Bedrooms have Queen or Full size beds. Most with TV/VCR/DVD. Washer and Dryer. Pets are NOT allowed.


This is a popular landmark that offers a wide selection of restaurants, renowned art galleries, shopping and water related activities for people of all ages.

    We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Amex) or checks for deposits on room rentals.We take a $200.00 deposit when you book the reservation that goes towards your balance.30 days prior to your arrival we ask for full payment of the reservation. Cancellations policy is as follows,61+ days in advance we will refund $150 of the $200 deposit. 30-60 days we must keep the full deposit amount of $200. 30 days prior to your check in date we will have to keep the full rental amount that has been charged unless we are able to rent that unit out.
