Located within walking distance is the famous, John's Pass Village, with it's many, Seafood Restaurants, Retail Shops, Day Cruise Ships, Charter Boats, and Gambling Cruise Ships. 
 
All the major, Florida attractions like Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and countless other great places in Orlando are located less than 90 minutes away.  
 
This Fully-Equipped, Central Air-Conditioned, Heated, and Furnished Condo is just steps from the Beach where you can Relax and Enjoy the Florida Sunshine and its Spectacular Sunsets, White Sand Beaches, and Tropical Palm Trees, all from the Front Balcony, and get a nice view of the Intercostals Water Way, along with the Complex's Large Heated Swimming Pool and Deck Area, and even more Tropical Palm Trees await you from the Back Balcony of this well maintained Third Floor Condo. 
 
This 1 Bedroom, 1 1/2 Bath condo, is Tastefully Decorated. The Living Room is about 12x15 with 12Ft.long wall of 4 Mirrors that go from the Floor to the Ceiling, Ceramic Tile Floors and a Double opening sliding Glass Door that leads to a Ceramic Tiled Balcony and a nice view of the Gulf. Microwave Oven, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Disposal in the Sink Drain, and a Second Telephone. You will also find plenty of Dishes, Cups, Pots, Pans, Bowls, and Silverware to prepare your own meals and dine in the Dinning room, or dine out at one of the many Great Restaurants in the area.  
 
The Master Bedroom is about 12x15 with wall to wall carpeting, with Two Double Beds in it along with Cable Color TV. The unit can accommodate up to 4 adults. Within the Bedroom, is a Full Master Bath, and a Walk In Closet. We Supply you with the Linens and Towels to start you off with.  
 
Also A 1/2 bath is located just off the hall by the back door, along with an apartment style Washer & Drier. This Complex also offers an Central On-site Laundry Facilities, and a Elevator. NEW for this year we are offering FREE WIFI hook up.
