The Chambre is located directly on the beach with a spectacular view of the Gulf from both the living area and master bedroom. The balcony spans the entire length of these two rooms for early morning breakfast, afternoon cocktails and beautiful sunsets.
The master suite has king-size bed, walk in closet and full bath. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The building is located on Gulf Lane for maximum quiet from any street noise. Besides the beautiful beach the Chambre has a heated pool, jacuzzi and a gas grill for your use. Photos of building and condo's interior upon request.

This Condo is convenietly located just a short walk from the shops and restaurants at John's Pass. By car, you have access to all area attractions from Tampa to St. Petersburg.

The condo is located just a five minute walk from the famous John's Pass, a local shopping and restaurant area which also includes all types of water sport options including dolphin watchin cruises.

Linens are provided as well as a fully equiped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Beach chairs are in the unit for your use as well as some beach towels. This is a secure building with an attached heated pool and jacuzzi for your use along with a gas grill. The condo comes with an undercover parking spot.

Low Season Price : $875
High Season Price : $1350 per Week

A deposit of $250 (US funds) is taken hold your date and act as a damage deposit.

The total rental cost is due six weeks prior to your arrival.
Your deposit will be sent back to you after the unit has been cleaned.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you must cancel. If notice is given up to 6 weeks prior to arrival you will forfeit the deposit. If canceling within 6 weeks of your arrival there is a 50% rental fee unless we are able to re-rent the unit.

Cleaning fee is 80.00USD
