Our rental condo is in a unique complex tucked away off the Intracoastal Waterway right across from the quiet sandy beaches of Madeira. We are located on the Gulf of Mexico just south of Clearwater Beach and just north of St. Pete Beach. The unit looks brand new having recently been completely renovated and professionally decorated in exciting Florida Key West theme. We think you will find it to be both relaxing and uplifting at the same time.

Sunlight and ocean breezes envelope you through the large windows, sliding glass doors and screened-in patios. Everything in this condo is modern and new from the kitchen appliances, to the Italian-tiled shower, to the linens and cookware.

This condo is ideal for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. We have had family reunions, honeymooners, newlyweds, retired couples and singles all stay with us for a really enjoyable vacation. Busch Gardens, Dali museum, Disney World, Sea World, Cypress Gardens and the Florida Aquarium are all within driving distance. Clearwater Beach is just a short drive to the north up Gulf Blvd and St Pete Beach is just south. Pass-a-grille and Treasure Island are located just south of us via Gulf Blvd.

The Madeira Beach Yacht Club (MBYC) is the best value on the Gulf beaches; and this first floor unit is currently the most coveted rental unit in the complex. A mere 300 yards from the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and just steps away from the 88 slip marina, it's ideally situated for your stay in Florida. Our rental includes the use of a 16 x 45 foot boat slip during your stay. Many of the other famous Gulf beaches such as Belleair Beach, Belleair Shores, Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Shores, North Redington Beach, Redington Beach, Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach are a short drive away. The Gulf Coast Trolley runs up and down Gulf Blvd to these other beaches daily every 15 minutes from 6am to midnight.

The MBYC community is gated and has a security guard for your piece of mind.

The complex features two heated swimming pools, an exercise room with a sauna and Jacuzzi as well as four fishing piers on the waterway. Boating, swimming, fishing, cruising, scuba, Jet skis are all available.

Restaurants, supermarket, drug store, dry cleaner, shops, a library, and post office are all nearby. You can walk to everything. There is no need for a car.

Each condo is fully-equipped for a week or month stay. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well as a dishwasher, large TV, Stereo, VCR and DVD players. Cable TV and all utilities are included. The master bedroom has its own TV/VCR. Maid service can also be arranged on short notice.

High Season Price : $650 per Week

You will need a Visa or MasterCard to complete the booking. The system will bill your credit card for 50% as an advance payment with the other 50% charged to your card 30 days prior to check in. If the arrival is less than 30 days from today, your card will be billed for the entire rental amount.
A damage deposit of $300 is charged to your card 7 days prior to arrival and automatically refunded 10 days after check out. If all is well, this will cost you nothing.

For cancellations received within 90 days of arrival or after arrival date, all payments will be retained in full. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
Cancellations received outside 90 days of arrival will be refunded less $100.00 cancellation fee.
