This 2300 square foot one story home is located in an exclusive gated community on the golf course of the Longboat Key Club, and enjoys private beach access at the nearby Bay Isles Beach Club. With an open floor plan and skylights, the home is bright and airy, boasting an interior atrium, vaulted ceilings, and sliding glass doors to a large and private lanai. The sunny lanai encloses an optionally heated pool and hot tub, sun bathing deck, BBQ grill and eating area. In addition, a large, heated community swimming pool and hot tub are a block away.

The property includes three bedrooms (one king, one queen and two twins), a large living room with office nook, a separate dining, TV and breakfast rooms, a laundry room and kitchen, and a two car garage. St. Armands is also a regular venue for free evening concerts and entertainment. Less than five minutes across the John Ringling Bridge, lies Sarasota's booming downtown, with its eclectic mix of art galleries, restaurants, shopping, performing arts, and tourist attractions.
