  Low Season Price: $5,000 per Week
  High Season Price: $6,500 per Week
     

Payments $250 non refundable fee is charged to your credit card at time of booking. This is part of the total cost of your reservation. 25% deposit is payable within seven days of receipt of the reservation form. Final balance due must be received by 90 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within the 90 days prior to arrival, the full payment is due and payable immediately. All funds should made payable to LIsted Heritage Ltd. Refunds In the event of cancellation refunds are subject to Listed Heritage's ability to re-rent the property for the dates you reserved. Cancellations, non-arrivals, late arrivals, early departures or alterations that result in a loss of revenue for Listed Heritage will be charged. It is recommended you take out travel insurance to cover the cost of your rental in case of cancellation. Check in/check out times: arrivals, on or after 3pm; departure, by 10 am.
