This quaint one bedroom one bath Condo is a first floor walk out right to the beach. With two Queen beds in the bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living room is very comfortable for family of 5 to 6 persons. A full kitchen is available to you but you can enjoy all the fine dining that is just a few minutes from your front door.

All your shopping needs are within minutes of your condo. Like to play tennis just down the street is a community park for all to enjoy. Rent a bike at Ace, just 4 blocks down and ride the beautiful bike trails and lanes that run the whole length of this choice island. Or just stay on site and enjoy the heated pool with a large choice of pool and beach toys.
