High Season Price : $2400 per Week

35-50% advance deposit depending on length of stay and due within 10 days of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Sales Tax: 11%

Non-Refundable Processing Fee
Additional $40 for reservations of two weeks or less. $50 for reservations of three weeks or more.

Departure Cleaning Fee: $190 + tax

Refundable Damage Deposit: $750-$1,500

Cancellations: For stays of up to 14 nights, we must receive notice 60 days prior to arrival.
15 nights or more, we must receive notice 90 days prior to arrival. If conditions are met, your deposit is refundable, less processing & $100 cancellation fee.

If you must cancel within the non-refundable period, we will do our best to re-rent the property. If we are able to do so, you will receive 80% of funds recovered.

Expense to heat a pool is not included in the rental fee & will be charged to damage deposit
