Cottage #4 is a very unique cottage, as it sits smack dab on the beach,
any closer and you'd be boating.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, queen-sized bed in the bedroom, a full
sized sofa sleeper in the living room area.

There are bay windows in the living room and bedroom that look DIRECTLY out to the beach.
Also, a sun room encased in windows, allowing the natural light to come in.
There is a large Tiki hut picnic table right on the beach to enjoy reading, dining or
evening sunsets. This cottage has central heat and air.

Advance payment of 25% of the total is due at time of booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS: If cancellation is 90 days or more prior to arrival date, full refund less $50.00 handling fee and all PayPal service charges, if applicable. If cancellation is less than 90 days prior to arrival date, full refund less 50.00 handling fee and all PayPal service charges, if applicable, only if unit can be re-rented.
