Cottage #4 is a very unique cottage, as it sits smack dab on the beach,
any closer and you'd be boating.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, queen-sized bed in the bedroom, a full
sized sofa sleeper in the living room area.

There are bay windows in the living room and bedroom that look DIRECTLY out to the beach.
Also, a sun room encased in windows, allowing the natural light to come in.
There is a large Tiki hut picnic table right on the beach to enjoy reading, dining or
evening sunsets. This cottage has central heat and air.

Indian Shores Beach is located between St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach. There is plenty of shopping nearby with a trolley stop in front of the Sea Gate building, the trolley runs the lenght of Gulf Blvd, from St. Pete to Clearwater, for a nominal daily fee or a weekly rate.

• Nearest Town : Indian Rocks at 1 miles distance

				High Season Price:	$1,300 per Week

Advance payment of 25% of the total is due at time of booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. Accepted forms of payment include personal checks drawn form a US bank, cashiers checks, money orders, and credit cards using PayPal. CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS: If cancellation is 90 days or more prior to arrival date, full refund less $50.00 handling fee and all PayPal service charges, if applicable. We arrived home safely today. Thanks again for the use of your beautiful cottage. We had a wonderful time & wish we were still there! We tried to leave the cottage as it was when we arrived. We left a beach umbrella & 2 chairs for future guests. Hope we get a chance to stay with you again! Thanks again.
