Sit back, relax, and unwind -- Our building is a quaint wood beach villa, surrounded with large trees, mangroves, and sea oats. Outside we have a spacious, private balcony. We pride ourselves on keeping a VERY CLEAN unit. We offer amenities such as, cable TV, DVD, VHS, and assigned covered parking within the 8 unit complex.  
 
Enjoy our unique and quiet atmosphere. It offers the surf, white powdery sand, sunsets, Gulf breezes, sunshine, blue skies, and the comforts of home.  
 
We are in close proximity to anything in Pinellas County. Located approximately 35 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 15 minutes from the Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Many restaurants and things to go nearby. You can take day trips to many of the fabulous tourist attractions in Central Florida and the West coast.

Central air, washer/dryer, covered parking, 1100 square foot, private balcony, Very clean! This Condominium is on floor 2 of 2. We are unit #5. OTHER PRICE INFO Rates do not include 12% sales tax & $120 cleaning fee, Holiday rates will vary AVAILABILITY Daily / Weekly / Monthly availability. This is a Saturday to Saturday vacation rental.

    • Travel Info: Take 275 south across the long Howard Franklin Bridge, take Exit 28 onto Park Blvd. heading West. Go 10 miles on Park until you run into the Gulf. Turn right heading north on Gulf Blvd. Go one mile and we are on the left. Look for a light blue sign on the right which says 'Captains Cove'. We are directly across the street.

Advance deposits required for reservations and will be confirmed upon receipt of $200 (US funds) per week of stay. Reservations cancelled more than 30 days before arrival date will be charged $25. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival date will forfeit the deposit. An open credit card is required as a security deposit. Full payment is due upon arrival. All payments must be in US funds. Travelers checks, cash, money orders, Visa, MasterCard & Discover cards are accepted. Check-in time is 4:00 PM (EST). Check-out is 11:00 AM.
