The unit has been updated to include ceramic tile flooring, berber carpeting, and maple kitchen cabinets. Beautiful rataan furniture and a nautical theme enhance the unit. You'll enjoy the comfort of a king, two doubles, and a sleeper sofa. The unit is professionally managed and cleaned. 
 
I do not require a Saturday to Saturday stay. Plan your vacation around your schedule. During mid & low season, only a 4 night stay is required; but you'll be kicking yourself for not staying longer !!  
 
You can surf from the private balcony using WI-FI. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. You'll feel like a millionaire !!

Minimum four nights stay, seven night minumum during holiday and high season. Rates do not include cleaning & linen fee of USD$120 and Florida taxes of 12%. A USD$200 deposit is required to hold. The balance is due 15 days prior to arrival. MasterCard/VISA/Discover, personal check, or travelers checks are accepted.
