The complex itself has been newly renovated; new balconies, new sliding glass doors, new railings, new pool & pool deck, new paint job and new walkways. It is the “Beauty on the Beach”!!
The condo is very spacious, decorated stylishly and right on the pool deck – you are in the pool or Jacuzzi in no time! Excellent for people who have trouble walking or to keep an eye on the kids. It has a HUGE PRIVATE patio and you are right on the Gulf of Mexico. The only thing separating you from the waters of the Gulf of Mexico is the elevator down and the sand itself.
We have lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas and grills down at the pool (BIG pool and pool deck) plus a Jacuzzi and we also have beach chairs to bring right down to the beach. You have a reserved parking spot right under the building - convenient and shaded from the sun!
The Kitchen is totally equipped with a full size stove and oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, blender, frig with an automatic ice icemaker and filtered water plus a dishwasher. We also have a washer and dryer.
