Balcony - access from Master Bedroom or Living Room. Balcony has furniture so you may eat meals there or just  
relax and watch the ocean. View of the Gulf and beach, as far as you can see North and South. All you  
have to do is sit, relax, and “take in the view.” 
 
Flooring is a combination of Italian tile and Berber carpeting. 
 
All linens are furnished - but do bring your own beach towels. 
 
Heated Swimming Pool - 20 X 40 (it’s not heated in summer months, of course!), Jacuzzi, and two gas 
barbecue grills are amenities you can’t pass up. If you prefer the ocean to swim in, the short board- 
walk next to the pool will take you right to the beach. If you prefer the swimming pool, you can 
still relax and watch the beach and listen to the waves.  
 
Two elevators that service the complex 
 
Relax to the brilliant sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico or take a stroll along the white sand beaches, as you listen to the natural harmony of the waves and solitary sea gulls.  
 
Perhaps you would prefer to just relax around the 20 x 40 foot heated swimming pool or take a dip in the heated whirlpool jacuzzi. We cater to those who come to enjoy the beauty and charm of the Florida life-style.  
 
Clean, comfortable, and cozy. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, dressers, two large closets, and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, a large double single closet, and dresser with the second full bathroom just outside. The third bedroom has two twin beds, closet, and dresser.  
 
The kitchen is fully-equipped for you to dine on the balcony, take in the view, and smell the saltwater breeze as it drifts in off the Gulf.  
 
The surrounding area offers fabulous restaurants, such as The Shells, Salt Rock Grill, Crabby Bills, or the Friendly Fisherman, and others. You will enjoy the meals. Four-star rated golf courses are only 30 minutes away. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are located in Tampa.  
 
A vacation atmosphere that will cause you not to want to go back home.
