Special features of this unit include a lovely fireplace in the living room, jacuzzi tub in Master Bath. Condo offers a slight view of beach from balcony and looks directly out to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary from a balcony off of the living room and MBR.

The bedding consists of a King sized bed in the MBR, 2 Double beds in the 2nd bedroom and a single futon off of the kitchen. There are 3 TV’s and a DVD player included in the rental of this condo. Fully equipped kitchen, linens provided as well as an indoor laundry.

There is an elevator at Beach Cottage I as well as a reserved parking space under the building and plenty of on-site guest parking.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS: If cancellation is 90 days or more prior to arrival date, full refund less $50.00 handling fee and all PayPal service charges, if applicable. If cancellation is less than 90 days prior to arrival date, full refund less 50.00 handling fee and all PayPal service charges, if applicable, only if unit can be re-rented.
