Sea Gate 408 features a fully equipped kitchen with newer appliances, a large balcony from both the master bedroom and the living room that looks
DIRECTLY out to the beach.
This condo has free Internet Access!
Patio is equipped with furniture for relaxing at the end of the
day and watching the sunset.
There is also a 2nd balcony off of the 3rd bedroom looking out towards the Intracoastal Waterway.
The bedding consists of a King-sized bed in the MBR, 2 Double beds in the 2nd bedroom and a Queen sized bed in the 3rd bedroom, each decorated to make you feel right at home!
There is a large TV and DVD in the living room, also a TV in both the MBR
and 2nd bedroom.
There is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit, all linens needed will
be in the condo.
You can enjoy using our BBQ Grills and Tiki Hut style picnic tables located
near the pool, which conveniently lies along the beach.
I have 5 units at Sea Gate available for rent...each 3BR/2BA, direct gulf front, all fully furnished and equipped.

Indian Shores Beach is located between St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach. There is plenty of shopping nearby with a trolley stop in front of the Sea Gate building, the trolley runs the lenght of Gulf Blvd, from St. Pete to Clearwater, for a nominal daily fee or a weekly rate. Travel Options

CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS: If cancellation is 90 days or more prior to arrival date, full refund less $50.00handling fee and all PayPal service charges, if applicable. If cancellation is less than 90 days prior to arrival date, full refund less 50.00 handling fee and all PayPal service charges, if applicable, only if unit can be re-rented.

We were lucky enough to get to the opportunity to rent this great condo a second time. This time was even better than our first visit. You can have a great time here. When we arrived the condo was like our last visit clean and neat as a pin. This condo has everything that you could want in a vacation rental. From the comfortable furnishings, to the internet connection that actually works. A lot of places offer it, but few places come through with the good working service. The owner called to make sure we had everything we needed the day we arrived. Every evening you are treated to the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. During the day you can walk the warm clean and crowd free beaches. You can pick up a wide variety of shells, see abundant little sea creatures that live in the shallow waters along the beach. The condo maintenance crew keep the grounds around the condo clean and very well kept.
There is a very well lit off-street parking area for your car. You can walk to shops and restaurants. There is a wide variety of dinning spots on the Island and you can be at the grocery or a shopping mall within 5 minutes in a car. All at a very reasonable price. This is a place where a couple can go and fall in love all over again. Who wouldn't want to stay here?
We would like to stay here anytime we come to Florida. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. We have now become spoiled.
We have and will continue to recommend this place to all our friends and family. I've even recommended it to a couple of strangers where we were having our car worked on who said that they were planning a trip to Florida. Just like I would recommend it to anyone who reads this review, for an enjoyable vacation you just can't beat it.

We had a wonderful time in Indian Shores and would highly recommend your unit to anyone.
