$120.00 Departure/cleaning fee must be added to Rates. ALL Rates are based on 6 occupants 12 yrs old and over, for each additional occupant please add $10/night per person. Children under 12 stay at no additional charge.
ADD 12% Lodging tax to total price.

Cancellation refund charge is 20% of deposit. Refund requsts must be received in writing 30 days prior to arrival date or deposit is forfeit.
An open Credit card is required as damaged deposit and security for the telephone.
