Indian Shores is a small and lovely beach community occupying 2 1/2 miles of the white sand Gulf of Mexico coastline, in Pinellas County on a beautiful barrier island called Sand Key.

Rates are based for up to 4 adult occupancy. The maximum people in rental party is 5, which will result in an additional charge of $80 for extra adult per week

No extra charge for children under the age of 13. (children 13 and older are considered adult)

Advance payment of 25% of total rate confirms reservation (min.$200).

Please note: Credit Card imprints will be required at the rental office upon arrival as a security deposit.

Add $110 Cleaning + 12% Taxes to rates per rental term.

Cancellation requires 45 days notice prior to arrival for refund (less $50 service fee).
