* $300.00 per week deposit requested in advance. 50% of total bill due 30 days before arrival
* Above rates are subject to 7% Florida State Tax plus 5% Tourist Tax.
* Parking provided for two cars per villa.
* No charge for day guests up to four people per day.
* No charge for local calls.
* All villas are non-smoking.
* No credit cards accepted.
* No Daily Maid Service.
* $50 Cleaning fee for guests staying less than one week and holidays.
