Welcome to Mi Casa, our totally renovated home on Indian Rocks Beach, just south of Clearwater Beach. This charming, comfortable, & colorful 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with shaded, private covered porch, side terrace and outside shower is gulfside, 1 house back from the beach and adjacent to the beach access--about 50 steps to the sand beach. Mi Casa is decorated with vintage rattan, old bathing posters, retro fabrics and wonderful vintage beach memorabilia from beach lovers and fishermen from years ago. Located in an area of private homes, rental homes and low-rise condos, Mi Casa is within walking distance to some stores and dining and within a mile or 2 of all amenities. Groceries, shopping malls, golf, sporting attractions, museums, aquariums, amusement parks & public beach trolleys make enjoying all of our 14 miles of barrier island beaches accessible to our guests.

    • Mi Casa has plenty of everything to make your vacation comfortable from kitchen items to linens and beach towels. We have beach chairs, rafts, children's toys, boggie boards, a reading library and 5 TV's, including a 40" HDTV in the living room. Outside on the covered porch we have a seating area with a gas grill and a washer and 2 dryers. On the terrace, there is a table and 6 chairs, umbrella and 2 chaise lounges & an outside shower.

    Mi Casa is located on the gulfside, 1 house back from the beach. There are no streets to cross. This property is adjacent to the beach access, about 50 steps to the sand beach. Our sugar sand beaches are calm and safe for children and has a gentle slope into the water. Indian Rocks Beach's logo proclaims it "World's Safest Beach". Mi Casa is in a neighborhood of private homes, rental homes and low-rise condos. It is a short distance to restaurants, shopping and all beach activities.

    		  Low Season Price: $1,500 per Week
      High Season Price: $1,500 per Week
         

    Weekly rental price is $1,500 + $100 cleaning and 12% tax, total=$1,792 Email reservations will be held for 10 days and reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of $500 deposit, balance due at occupancy. Pets are allowed with permission. There is a non-refundable $100 pet charge. Pets must be on some form of flea prevention medication. Major Holiday rates will include and additional charge of $250. No smoking allowed inside the residence. Please inquire pricing for longer stays, (weeks, months) Cancellations allowed up to 60 days of reservation. Deposit refunds after that date will depend on our ability to re-rent the property. Automatic refunds in force for named hurricanes with mandatory evacuations. Contact us for planning your small wedding, reunions or other gatherings--up to 50 people.
