The Beach Trail Cottage is a newly renovated "Old Florida" style cottage built in the 1920's . The Downstairs has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, 1 king size bed, 3 twins and one queen size futon. This unit sleeps 4 to 6 people. The upstairs unit is 1 bedroom 1 bath and sleeps up to 4.
Both units have private deck areas and private parking. Both are decorated in a colorful Florida motif. The cottage is situated only a short walk from the sea oats, white sand and sparkling waters of one of Florida's most pristine beaches. Here you will find friendly faces, lots of room on the beach and plenty of places to go for casual or elegant shopping and dining. The property is host to stately palms, oaks and a large variety of lush tropical foliage

The Beach Trail This cottage is on the beach, on the second row of houses. It has a small court yard and a private porch in the downstairs unit and a private patio in the upstairs.
All linens are included, cooking utensils are included. Beach umbrella and beach chairs are provided.

Low Season Price : $1300 High Season Price : $1500 per Week

Deposit is Non-Refundable. Payment in full is due in US dollars 45 days before arrival. Sorry, at this time, we do not take credit cards.
